Ian Patterson:

As the Chairman, President & CEO of Viridis Technologies, Mr. Patterson brings over 27 years of experience in the alternative fuel industry developing industry leading alternative fuel dispensers for CNG, Hydrogen, LNG & LPG applications.

Mr. Patterson is recognized for his contributions to the industry including the continued development of innovative technology with a focus on safety, quality and reliability, and the development of safety standards for the refueling of high pressure fuels. Among his many accomplishments; he introduced the first advanced CNG dispensers to markets in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China and Korea and engineered the first compressed Hydrogen dispenser installed in North America.

In 2004, Mr. Patterson was recognized as one of the top 30 most influential people in the Hydrogen industry and was a finalize in the Globe Awards for Excellence in Environmental Exporting.

Mr. Patterson has led the development of Viridis RFID products and successfully introduced RFID as a safety measure to international markets.

Ashleigh Patterson:

A graduate of Queen's University, the University of Edinburgh, executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, Ms. Ashleigh Patterson, Vice President & Secretary of the Board of Directors, brings a commitment to the sustainable development of alternative fuel dispensing technology.

With over 6 years of international sales experience in the alternative fuel industry, Ms. Patterson has introduced products to over 9 countries around the world, including key markets such as India and Pakistan where she grew sales in those markets year over year by more than 50%.

Ms. Patterson has been a regular speaker at international industry conferences including the International Association of Natural Gas Vehicles and the Asia-Pacific Natural Gas Vehicle Association conferences, where she has presented the Viridis RFID system and promoted safety and standards for CNG vehicles.

Mark Korol CFA, CPA:

Mr. Korol has served as CFO with 2 major Canadian public companies, Zenon Environmental and CDI Education Corporation.

He currently serves as CFO of an international food producer and distributor, and sits on the Viridis Board of Directors.

Ian Shelley:

Mr. Shelley, Managing Director of Viridis Technologies (Asia) Pte Ltd. based in Singapore, is a specialist in niche RFID industrial applications. He brings extensive experience in the RFID industry from consultancy, system concepts & development to project management.

Mr. Shelley has been lead RFID projects in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North American, including a major RFID implementation with MTR Corporation in Hong Kong for applications in construction and rail industry as well as projects in forestry, oil and gas, printing & publishing, supply chain management, health care and manufacturing.

Afshin Daryaei, CET:

Mr. Daryaei, mechanical engineer, brings extensive experience from the auto industry where he was a Senior Industrial Developer & Senior Quality Auditor for Renault Nissan. With Renault Nissan, Mr. Daryaei implemented ISO 9001:2003 procedures in 7 different auto part manufacturing companies as well as APQP procedures and PPAP documents.

He currently leads the Viridis engineering team with a focus on new product design and the development and implementation of quality standards.
