CNG Priority Panels

Viridis manufactures a wide range of CNG Priority Panels to suit a wide range of customer requirements. The design objective is to provide a solution that is easily integrated with various compressors and storage configurations to optimize vehicle filling.

The primary function of the panel is to direct the flow of gas to the storage banks in order to ensure the fastest possible filling of vehicles. The dispensers directs the flow of gas from the compressor, prioritizing the flow of gas to the third bank maintaining the highest pressure. In addition, when the compressor is running the priority panel prioritizes the flow of gas to the 3rd bank in the dispenser avoiding unnecessary slow filling times.

The Viridis Priority Panel uses mechanical valves that are factory set to open at specific pressures. The panels can be wall mounted in the open air or built in a NEMA4 enclosure.
